Room 328 Rating

All professional Roomies can get rating, the rating is a measurement of the quality of the professional. The requirements are:

  1. That the professional has helped a customer with their design (both need to be invited to the project). .
  2. That the project is finished, verified by the upload of images of the ready room.
  3. That the customer bought products or services from the professional.
The customer rates the professional with +1, 0 or -1 and comments for other Roomies to see. It will be displayed like room328-cem (+-33) where the customer clicks on the rating to see both comments and images of the finished room.

Room 328 rating for old PRO-users

We will launch the rating functionality at the end of April, but if you are an old PRO-user you can get a jump start when we launch dating. We will promote the top rated professionals to customers before anyone else.
This is how you get ratings from your (old) customers

Preparation (before launch of rating)

  1. Create a new project
  2. Import all Room 328 drawings into that project (Open RoomDesigner, click on import and import drawing). Mark the project as finished.
  3. When we have launched rating (you will get an e-mail)
  4. Invite the customer (done from the project page by clicking on share and entering their e-mail address, and click the box 'rating')
  5. Upload and tag images of the finished room (you or the customer).
So if you have 50 happy customers - you will start with a rating of +50.
